Havetsis Fruit's lotus can be delivered starting with the harvest, from October to February.

The green colour indicates the harvest period and the red colour indicates the preservation period.
The cultivated varieties of Havetsis Fruits are the ROJO BRILLIANTE which has elongated fruit form, extremely smooth peel and bright orange colour and the JIRO with a flat fruit of large size, shaped like a square orange-red tomato.
Preservation tips for the consumer:
In order for the lotuses to ripe, we must put them in a pot which has been covered or in a plastic bag leaving a very small hole for ventilation. Leaving the fruit in such conditions and you will have delicious ripe and honey-like lotuses.
